Valentines Day at Alder & Ash

Chef Jason Stratton has crafted a 4-course family style menu for two available Friday February 14th through Sunday February 16th.

$190 per couple | $95 per person

Start your evening with a flight of small bites including Scallop and Roasted Carrot Tartare with dill and salsa verde, Caviar with house made potato chips, crème fraîche and chives, Hamachi Crudo with cucumber, jalapeño and passionfruit.

Second course, Spaghetti with long stem artichoke and black truffle cream. 

Main course consists of your choice of Crab Cake with celery root puree, blood orange and crispy parsnip or NY Strip Steak with rose petal demi glace or Live Maine Lobster Scampi (Additonal $40 charge) with spinach and calabrian chile butter and Alder & Ash twice baked potato with the works.

Wind down your experience with a Lemon Meringue Tartlet with pomegranate and pine nuts or Dark Chocolate and Ginger Truffles.
